They’ll also work closely with media partners to ensure campaign assets are completed and launched on time while maintaining communication between creative and leadership teams. Job Duties: • Lead and manage multi-channel digital and social media projects from concept through execution • Partner with creative, leadership, and external vendors to align project timelines and deliverables • Drive progress across various digital activations, ensuring creative and business requirements are met • Manage custom documentation for creative teams outlining deliverables and specs • Track milestones, identify risks, and communicate updates proactively • Adjust timelines and priorities as needed in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment • Ensure all digital and social outputs meet quality and brand standards Job Description: The Project Manager will independently lead and manage campaign and digital/social creative projects for client, focusing on digital and social media deliverables such as banner ads, custom digital units, and rich media. This role requires excellent communication, flexibility, and the ability to prioritize multiple projects at once. The ideal candidate will have experience managing creative workflows, coordinating with vendor partners, and ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
