We have an opening for Customer Service Representative with Dispatch experience. Hours are 7 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. Rooterman Hartford is a Plumbing, HVAC and Drain Cleaning company. A Paid Working interview is part hiring process. This process can 4 or more hours. Please free your schedule up for a paid working interview. Previous work in a high volume call center is a must have skills for this job. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. Candidates with have 3 years plus working in a Trade Field (Plumbing, HVAC, Drain Cleaning, Electrical, Construction, etc • **Hours 7 AM to 5 PM. Resume are required to apply for this job to be considered for this job. Must have 3 years of experience in this job role. Responsibilities: • Handle customer inquiries and complaints • Update customers about their service • Dispatch techs to services calls throughout their day all day long. • Provide information about the products and services • Troubleshoot and resolve communication issues and concerns • Document and update customer records based on interactions • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services • Use House Call Pro software to create tickets for jobs • Excellent computer and organizational skill ​Qualifications: • Previous experience in Dispatching in the Trade Field, customer service, sales, or other related fields • Ability to build rapport with clients • Able to handle heavy call volume • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Excellent Organizing skills. • Will have 4 years of Dispatching technician in a high volume customer service field • Will have excellent phone skills dealing with the public • Positive and professional demeanor • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Advance Computer, internet and typing skills • Will be able to leads the tech through their work • Will have the ability to up sell service call.
