We’re partnering with a company that’s redefining medical aesthetics. They’re relaunching advanced technology with a fresh focus on patient experience, stronger clinical support, and a smarter go-to-market strategy. As the Area Sales Manager for Southern California, you’ll be building a high-impact territory from the ground up. This role is about more than just capital sales — it’s about building real relationships with dermatologists and plastic surgeons and helping them integrate a differentiated solution that drives results for both their practice and their patients. You’ll have dedicated clinical support behind you and the chance to represent a next-gen platform that stands out in a crowded market. This is a remote, field-based role covering Southern California. You’ll spend most of your time in the field meeting with physicians, running demos, and supporting adoption and utilization. What You’ll Be Doing • Driving capital equipment sales and growing the consumables side of the business through long-term partnerships with aesthetic physicians. • Owning the full sales cycle from lead generation to close. • Collaborating closely with clinical and success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and strong outcomes. • Managing your territory independently, including scheduling, travel, and strategic planning. • Representing a technology that delivers real clinical impact and measurable value.
