About the position Rolling Suds is a profitable exterior cleaning company serving commercial clients across Northern Virginia. We did \$1M revenue in Virginia in 2025, and we're acquiring 5 Maryland territories to scale to \$1.9M in 2026. This isn't a corporate ops job. This is hands-on field service leadership - managing crews who visit customer sites daily (commercial properties, military bases, residential communities). You'll refine systems, train teams, ensure quality, handle logistics, and solve problems in real-time. The owner focuses on sales and business development while supporting operations as needed. You'll own day-to-day operations across both states. Responsibilities • Team Leadership - Hire, train, and manage ~16 field technicians across two states • Multi-State Operations - Coordinate scheduling, routing, and resources between VA and MD; manage 5 trucks • Quality & Safety - Refine and enforce SOPs, maintain compliance, ensure consistency across both states • Equipment & Fleet - Oversee maintenance, repairs, inventory for pressure washing equipment and vehicles • Client Operations - Handle escalations, manage key commercial accounts alongside sales • Financial Performance - Control labor costs, improve efficiency, protect 70%+ gross margins while scaling • Growth Execution - Turn around Maryland operation while maintaining Virginia performance Requirements • Field Service Operator - Managed teams who travel to customer locations (not warehouse or fixed-facility operations) • Systems Refiner - Take existing processes and make them better, more efficient, and scalable • People Leader - Coach teams, manage performance, handle hourly workforce • Problem Solver - Handle equipment failures, callouts, and client issues calmly • Business-Minded - Understand P&L, margins, efficiency • Builder Mentality - Excited to scale and share in upside, not just maintain • 5+ years managing field operations • Proven ability to scale teams and refine systems • Strong people management with hourly workforce • Valid driver's license; comfortable with VA/MD travel Nice-to-haves • Multi-location experience • P&L responsibility • Turnaround experience • Military background Benefits • 401(k) • Bonus based on performance • Competitive salary
