Duties • Coordinate and manage all booking requests for talent across multiple channels, ensuring timely and accurate scheduling • Negotiate contracts with clients, agencies, and talent to secure favorable terms while maintaining positive relationships • Oversee talent management processes, including onboarding, development, and retention strategies • Collaborate with social media management teams to promote bookings, share success stories, and enhance brand visibility through social media marketing campaigns • Develop and maintain strong relationships with agencies, clients, and industry partners to facilitate ongoing collaboration • Lead talent acquisition efforts by recruiting new talent that aligns with organizational goals and culture • Manage contracts meticulously, ensuring compliance with legal standards and organizational policies Qualifications • Proven experience in social media management and social media marketing to boost brand engagement and visibility • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively • Demonstrated ability in talent management and recruitment within a fast-paced environment • Experience managing agency relationships and handling contractual negotiations confidently • Knowledge of marketing strategies that drive sales growth and brand recognition • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in contract management and scheduling • Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining professionalism and positive communication Join us as a Booking Manager to energize our booking operations, build meaningful partnerships, and showcase your talents in negotiation, marketing, and talent acquisition.
