We are looking for an experienced IT Recruitment Specialist to support our growing team as we undergo a significant expansion in LATAM. In this role, you’ll be a key partner in strengthening our people operations while driving our recruiting efforts to meet increasing talent demands in the region. You will manage a wide range of HR activities, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and HR administration, and ensuring a positive and engaging employee experience across the organization. Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, reporting, providing offers) • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, employee records, and documentation • Support performance management cycles and employee development initiatives • Serve as a point of contact for employee relations topics, escalating issues when needed • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and HR projects as required • Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and relevant regulations • Contribute to improving HR processes, tools, and employer branding efforts Ideal Candidate Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Technology, or related fields • 3+ years of IT Recruitment experience • Full professional proficiency with the English language • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment, sourcing methods, and interview techniques • Solid knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation • Experience with HRIS/ATS systems (e.g., BambooHR, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build strong relationships • High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities • Problem-solver with a proactive, hands-on approach and strong sense of ownership • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally • Team-oriented with a positive mindset and willingness to support various HR tasks We Offer • Remote work means it's up to you whether you work from home, beach, or the office • Flexible working hours mean that you can tailor your workday to your preferences, without a time-tracking system • All our employees will right away receive a contract for an indefinite period (B2B collaboration is also an option) • We provide regular feedback as part of our commitment to your ongoing development and success • Salary will be based on your experience and skills
