We’re looking for a Client Success & Project Manager to own client communication, manage project timelines, and keep work moving smoothly between our team and our clients. This is a detail-oriented, execution-focused role for someone who thrives on organization, follow-through, and clarity. What You’ll Be Doing Client Communication • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients • Communicate timelines, updates, and next steps clearly • Ensure clients feel informed, supported, and confident in the process Project Management • Manage project timelines and deliverables • Coordinate tasks between internal team members and contractors • Track progress and follow up to ensure completion • Keep projects organized and moving forward Internal Coordination • Work closely with leadership to prioritize work • Help manage workflow across active projects • Maintain organized project documentation • Support improvements to systems and processes over time Quality Control • Review work before it goes to clients • Ensure deliverables meet expectations and scope • Catch issues early and help resolve them efficiently A Day in the Life Your day will focus on keeping projects organized, clients informed, and work moving forward smoothly. You’ll typically start your day by: • Reviewing tasks and deadlines in Asana • Checking project statuses and priorities • Following up on any open items or client requests Throughout the day, you’ll: • Communicate with clients via email or scheduled calls • Coordinate with designers, developers, and marketing specialists • Update timelines and assign tasks in Asana • Review completed work before it’s shared with clients • Keep notes and project details organized Our clients are primarily service-based and B2B businesses, including: • Home service and construction companies • Trades and specialty contractors • Professional service providers • Growing small-to-mid-sized businesses They value clear communication, consistency, and follow-through — and your role is to make sure they always know what’s happening with their projects. By the end of the day, you’ll know: • What moved forward • What’s scheduled next • What needs follow-up • And that everything is organized and accounted for This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structure, clarity, and the satisfaction of keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You should be comfortable discussing websites, digital marketing, or related services with clients, and willing to ask questions and learn quickly when something is unfamiliar. While strong communication skills are essential, this role goes beyond general customer service — it requires the ability to understand projects, coordinate work, and speak confidently about marketing-related deliverables.
