Job Description: Overview: As an eCommerce Operations Product Manager, you will join a team responsible for managing and optimizing our eCommerce solutions, including reviews, shipping, product information management (PIM), and various other features and products. You will leverage your 5-7 years of experience in eCommerce operations to develop industry-leading and custom solutions within our platform. The eCommerce Operations Product Manager is a fully onsite role in Columbus, Ohio. Remote work is not available. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer. Responsibilities: Problem solve and execute eCommerce solutions within our existing platform in alignment with business goals. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including web development, UX design, sales, and marketing, to deliver high-quality eCommerce solutions. Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and ensure a customer-centric approach. Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure product success and identify areas for improvement. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Qualifications: 5+ years’ of software platform operations experience, with a strong focus on eCommerce solution management (reviews, shipping, PIM) Magento, ShipperHQ, SiteCore platform operating experience is a plus Proficiency in eCommerce platforms, product information management systems, and related technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion. Deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences.
