Roger Kehdi Mitsubishi is hiring a proven Dealership Sales Manager who can lead the floor and handle F&I. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can coach a team, desk and close deals, and complete finance paperwork accurately and efficiently. What You’ll Do • Lead, coach, and hold the sales team accountable to monthly and annual goals • Own the full deal process: lead → appointment → test drive → close → delivery • Desk deals, structure payments, and negotiate terms while protecting gross and customer experience • Run F&I: credit apps, lender approvals, stipulations, contracting, funding flow, and compliance paperwork • Present and sell finance products (service contracts, GAP, protection plans) ethically and effectively • Maintain a strong pipeline using CRM (follow-ups, tasks, appointments, reporting) • Train the team on phone skills, process, closing, and customer communication What We’re Looking For • Proven success in automotive sales management (or senior desk/closing role) • Strong working knowledge of F&I (approvals/stips, contracting, lender portals, funding, compliance) • Confident presenting warranty/GAP/protection products with transparency and integrity • Excellent negotiation, deal-structuring, and leadership skills • Comfortable using CRM software daily to manage performance and follow-up • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (clean paperwork matters) • Bilingual/multilingual is a plus • Thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and leads from the front Why Roger Kehdi Mitsubishi • Locally owned, team-driven dealership • High impact role with real ownership of results • Competitive compensation based on experience and performance Apply on Indeed with your resume.
