Shop Manager / Operations Leader Salary + Team Performance Commission We’re looking for a high-level Shop Manager to work directly alongside the CEO and help lead our team to the next level. This is not a desk-only role — we need a hands-on leader who understands how a successful automotive shop runs and knows how to keep people, production, and performance on track. What You’ll Do: • Partner closely with the CEO to execute shop goals and daily operations • Keep the entire team aligned, accountable, and moving forward • Monitor shop performance metrics (ARO, productivity, efficiency, GP, car count, etc.) • Review numbers with the team and coach them toward improvement • Drive production and workflow while removing bottlenecks • Lead, motivate, and inspire advisors and technicians • Hold team members accountable while maintaining strong culture • Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and profitability • Be the go-to leader on the floor when it comes to standards and expectations Who You Are: • A proven leader in the automotive industry (service advisor, manager, or ops background required) • You understand how a shop should run — not just how it’s always been done • Strong with numbers and not afraid to talk performance with the team • A natural motivator who leads by example • Organized, driven, and proactive — you don’t wait to be told what to fix • Comfortable holding people accountable while building respect and buy-in • A true go-getter who wants to grow with the company Compensation: • Salary position • Commission/bonus based on overall team performance and goal achievement • Opportunity for long-term growth and leadership development Why This Role? • Direct impact on shop success and profitability • Work alongside an involved CEO who values leadership and structure • Performance-based pay — your leadership directly affects your income • Be part of a shop that believes in systems, growth, and doing things the right way If you know this industry, love leading people, and are ready to help run a shop at a high level — we want to hear from you.
