Key Responsibilities: As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for: • Real-Time Dispatch Management: Coordinate technician dispatch to ensure timely responses to service calls. • Billing Accuracy: Ensure invoices match the work performed, preventing billing variances. • Documentation Review: Analyze technician documentation, including photos, job notes, and timeclock alignment. • Quality Control: Maintain 100% financial integrity while closing events and ensuring service accuracy. • Communication: Collaborate effectively with technicians, advisors, and breakdown agents to maintain operational flow.
