Position Summary The Spa Manager oversees the day-to-day operations, performance, and guest experience at Rochester Laser Center. Responsibilities include staff leadership, sales and growth, scheduling, inventory management, social media coordination, payroll management, treatment flow management, and ensuring a luxury and seamless client experience. Primary Responsibilities • Provide outstanding guest service and ensure high patient satisfaction • Lead, train, schedule, and support spa staff • Drive revenue across treatments, memberships, and retail sales • Oversee payroll coordination and inventory management • Manage daily operations, workflow, and patient scheduling • Maintain safety, professionalism, and HIPAA compliance • Lead monthly staff meetings and performance reviews alongside the owner and lead aesthetician • Track KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives • Support marketing, special events, and promotional programming • Collaborate with the clinical team and the medical director Essential Behavioral Characteristics • Confident and assertive leader with a strong professional presence • Sets, communicates, and consistently maintains professional boundaries • Comfortable leading difficult conversations with clarity and professionalism • Holds team members accountable while fostering a respectful, fair, and supportive environment • Enthusiastic and energetic, with a positive, motivating attitude • Outgoing and personable with both clients and staff • Honest, fair, and integrity-driven in all decision-making • Direct, transparent communicator • Detail-oriented and organized • Professional and composed under pressure Essential Skills • Highly organized and responsive • Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent time management and multitasking ability Qualifications • Experience in spa, medical spa, or aesthetic practice management highly preferred • Strong understanding of laser services, skincare, and aesthetic treatments (preferred) • Excellent customer service orientation • Strong conflict-management and problem-solving skills • Ability to support and meet sales goals • Knowledge of skincare and aesthetic brands such as SkinCeuticals (preferred) Physical Requirements • Standing for extended periods of time if needed • Ability to lift at least 30 pounds • Ability to manage high-volume days with professionalism Compensation & Work Environment • Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year depending on experience • Bonus Structure: Performance-based • Environment: Medical spa setting with supportive clinical staff • Perks: Discounts on treatments and skincare products Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits: • Employee discount • Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
