Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager in AI & Intelligent Automation with a strong focus on the Financial Services sector. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of consulting acumen, business development expertise, a deep understanding of the financial services sector (Banking, Insurance, Wealth Management) and expertise in Process Excellence, AI and intelligent automation technologies. This leader will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s growth trajectory through consultative selling, strategic program delivery, and partnership development. Key Responsibilities: Lead the growth of our Financial Services practice within the North America region and contribute to thought leadership and growth strategies. Be a visible leader within the Consulting & Delivery practice and support strategic and operational development in the Americas. Build and lead a team of consultants and technical engineers across multiple geographies (USA / México / Canada). Drive the Financial Services Industry GTM with selected key technology partners. Develop long-term client relationships and play an active role in business development for new and existing clients. Lead consulting engagements to assess business processes, identify AI & automation opportunities, and recommend solutions that deliver measurable ROI. Business Development & Growth: Contribute to regional revenue through strategic account expansion and new business development. Collaborate with the Sales team (Chief Growth Officer & Growth Managers) to identify, qualify, and close strategic opportunities in AI, Automation, and Digital Transformation within the FSI space. Build and manage executive-level relationships with C-Levels, innovation leaders, and key decision-makers. Provide strategic advisory services to help clients adopt an “Automation & AI First” approach to maximize value from intelligent automation. Partner with marketing and delivery teams to develop thought leadership, case studies, and client success stories. Work closely with our key partners (UiPath, Microsoft, Celonis, Appian) to develop GTM strategies tailored to the FSI sector and support winning new logos and growing existing accounts. Travel as required to meet with customers and partners to maintain relationships and oversee delivery. Delivery - Consulting & Advisory: Oversee consulting and engineering delivery of AI-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and drive strategic business initiatives. Lead and deliver large, complex client engagements with a focus on operating model design, AI & intelligent automation strategy, and process optimization. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders and C-suite executives to guide strategic decisions and drive adoption of intelligent automation & Agentic AI. Act as a trusted advisor to FSI clients on emerging AI technologies & market trends. Leadership & Team management: Drive cross-functional collaboration between sales, delivery & managed services teams. Contribute to organizational strategy, service portfolio expansion, and partnership ecosystem development. Hire, mentor, and develop consulting talent, supporting performance, retention, and career growth. Qualifications MBA, MSc or advanced degree in Business, Technology, or a related field Experience in the Financial Services industry: Banking, Insurance or Wealth Management 10+ years of experience in consulting, business development, or digital transformation leadership, preferably in technology or professional services firms Proven track record of developing and closing complex enterprise deals in AI, Process Mining, Automation (RPA/IPA), or Data Analytics domains Strong consulting and solutioning experience—ability to translate business challenges into technology-driven solutions Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills Strong presentation skills (PPT) Deep understanding of AI, Intelligent Automation platforms and related digital technologies Experience in driving partnership channels and GTM strategies Passion for innovation, entrepreneurship, and emerging technologies Nice to have qualifications & competencies Experience in managing P&L or business units will be a strong plus Global exposure and experience managing multi-geographical engagements and teams will be a strong plus What we offer A team that’s not just good — we’re high-performing.
