This is not a salaried or compensated employment role. We are exploring an ownership-level operating partnership, not a job or advisory position. There is no salary or consulting fee associated with this role. About RoboCosme RoboCosme builds an end-to-end, autonomous manufacturing platform purpose-built for scalable mass customization in beauty, personal care, wellness, and adjacent categories. The platform integrates AI-driven analysis, adaptive formulation, precision dosing, and robotic on-demand production into a single, closed-loop manufacturing system. This enables brands and manufacturers to produce highly individualized products at industrial scale, with no minimum order quantities, no inventory waste, and real-time quality control. RoboCosme is designed to be deployed as a dedicated micro-plant within or alongside existing manufacturing facilities, creating a parallel, high-margin production stream that complements — rather than disrupts — core operations. The opportunity We are seeking a senior operator to explore a joint manufacturing partnership to deploy automated, high-margin production capacity on the U.S. West Coast. This opportunity is suited for a brand owner or manufacturer who already controls, operates, or has access to manufacturing facilities and is interested in co-building and co-owning a differentiated production platform. The model • Dedicated, automated micro-plant deployed within or alongside an existing facility • Parallel production stream that does not disrupt core operations • Focus on short-run, on-demand, and personalized products with materially higher margins You bring • Direct responsibility for owning or operating manufacturing capacity • Experience in beauty, personal care, wellness, or regulated consumer production • Comfort with P&L responsibility and execution, not just strategy • Ability to mobilize facilities, capital, or operating resources We bring • Proprietary autonomous manufacturing technology • A validated end-to-end operating model • Identified commercial demand and initial programs Confidential discussions under NDA.
