We are seeking a strategic and technical Strategic Supply Chain Manager to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of our network hardware portfolio. In this role, you will manage relationships with global OEMs (i.e. Cisco, Arista, Juniper, etc) to ensure a resilient, scalable, and cost-effective supply chain. You will be responsible for balancing supply with demand in a volatile market, ensuring our infrastructure projects stay on schedule. Responsibilities • Identify and vet global suppliers for networking components (Routers, Switches, Optical Transport Systems, Optics, Cables). • Collaborate with Engineering and Finance to create accurate forecasts for hardware deployments, accounting for long lead times. • Manage hardware transitions (NPI - New Product Introduction) and End-of-Life (EOL) processes to minimize excess and obsolescence (E&O). • Drive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key vendors to track KPIs such as On-Time Delivery (OTD), Quality, and Cost Reduction. • Develop "Plan B" strategies for critical components to bypass geopolitical disruptions or supply chain shortages. • Ensure hardware meets regional regulatory certifications (CE, FCC, RoHS). • Run point on delivery management • Collaborate regularly with internal and external partners • Enter and track PO status • Track upcoming contracts/agreements for renewal/re-negotiations • Facilitate change management with key contacts throughout the organization • Manage invoice/payment trackers • Assist with back end billing issue resolution • Create dashboards to enhance leadership visibility Requirements • BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience and 3+ years in a high-growth company with procurement, project management, engineering, accounting, or forecasting experience • Hands-on experience with a procurement system. Netsuite or iProcure experience preferred • Familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets • Handled issue tracking and resolution • Solid interpersonal skills • A knack for details and are calm in a fast-paced environment
