As a Treasury Operations Specialist, you’ll own detailed reconciliation workflows and refine how we settle payments. The team's objective is to provide scalable, secure, and accurate treasury operations in order to maintain customer trust and regulatory compliance. You’ll work cross-functionally to strengthen controls, reduce friction, and scale treasury operations as our products expand. You’ll be directly responsible for ensuring our general ledger aligns with partner data and banking activity across multiple rapidly scaling transaction flows. This role is based in our Lake Mary, FL, Chicago, IL, or our New York, NY office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. What You’ll Do • Own reconciliation frameworks across internal ledgers, external bank data, and partner systems • Lead all aspects of daily cash settlements via ACH, wires, and other payment rails. • Partner with Compliance, Corporate Accounting, and Financial Operations to maintain detailed and accurate reporting. • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to design, document, and implement treasury support for new payment flows. What You Bring • Deep understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation across payment systems like ACH, wire, and card networks. • 3 - 5+ years experience owning end-to-end treasury or payment operations processes, especially in fast-paced or regulated settings. • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas) comfortable building custom workbooks and uncovering insights from large datasets. • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with Product, Engineering, and Finance partners. In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits. Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
