Job Title: Power BI Business Analyst Location: Corona, CA (Office In Person) Company: Robertson’s Ready Mix Job Type: Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in Power BI, SQL, and accounting principles to design, develop, and maintain dynamic reporting solutions and dashboards. Key Responsibilities • Design and Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive financial dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs). • Data Analysis & Modeling: Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various source systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, financial databases) to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Required Qualifications • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems. • Experience: 3+ years’ experience in a Data Analyst, or Financial Analyst role. • Technical Skills: • Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI (including Power Query and DAX) for data modeling and visualization. • Strong SQL skills for data querying and extraction. • Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling). • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus. Preferred Qualifications • Strong accounting background and understanding.
