The analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders to document processes, identify operational risks, and design effective control frameworks to ensure compliance and business continuity. Team & Culture • Team Size: ~16 members • Collaborative and analytical environment focused on process improvement and risk management • Emphasis on strong communication, facilitation, and documentation Responsibilities • Facilitate risk and control assessment sessions across business units. • Identify, document, and evaluate operational risks and develop suitable controls. • Maintain and enhance process documentation and risk registers. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on control design and execution. • Present findings and updates through clear reporting and stakeholder communication. Required Qualifications • Education: Bachelor’s degree required • Experience: 8–10 years in risk management, process design, or business analysis • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) • Advanced proficiency with Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and PowerPoint • Experience in operational risk management and stakeholder facilitation Nice-to-Have Skills • Experience with risk and control data analysis • Knowledge of Power BI • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies Performance Measures • Quality and accuracy of deliverables • Timeliness of documentation and analysis • Effectiveness in stakeholder engagement and facilitation
