About the Role: Join Baird as an HR Reporting & Analytics Analyst and help shape the insights that drive our people strategy. This hybrid position is based in our downtown Milwaukee headquarters and offers flexibility to work Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and Monday and Friday remote. The Impact You’ll Make: Collaborate and Build Relationships: Partner with the HR Reporting & Analytics Manager and Director of HR Operations, Technology & Reporting and Analytics to implement reporting best practices aligned with strategic HR initiatives. Build strong relationships with HR COEs, business units, external client groups, and cross functional partners to understand reporting needs and deliver high value solutions. Be a Data Steward: Develop and deliver simple to complex HR and Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields. Strengthen data integrity through ongoing monitoring, testing, auditing, and issue resolution across HR systems. Provide insights and databased recommendations to HR partners and business leaders through trend analysis and data storytelling. Serve as an escalation point for GFAs and support stakeholders in interpreting and applying analytics. Support firmwide reporting needs including GPTW, HR Round Table, Corporate Equality Index (CEI), and community initiative reporting. Help Drive Continuous Improvement: Participate in Workday testing cycles, enhancements, and platform improvement initiatives. Contribute to predictive and prescriptive analytics and data governance activities as HR’s analytics strategy continues to evolve. Help refine reporting standards, dashboards, and practices that elevate HR’s strategic impact. What You’ll Bring to Baird: 2–4 years of advanced Workday reporting experience, including complex reports, dashboards, and calculated fields. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills. Experience working with multisystem data and building dashboards that simplify complex information. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, collaborative environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across HR, technical teams, and business leaders. Understanding of HR metrics, data governance principles, and reporting best practices.
