We are looking for a skilled ERP/CRM Consultant to lead the development and implementation of Workday financial reporting and analytics solutions. In this long-term contract position based in Cincinnati, Ohio, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert guidance to the Reporting and Analytics team while ensuring the integrity and security of financial data. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities: • Lead the design, creation, testing, and implementation of a wide range of reports, from basic to advanced, utilizing tools such as Workday Report Writer, Prism, Discovery Boards, Office Connect, and Dashboards. • Collaborate with Workday Team Leads, Functional Leads, and business stakeholders to understand their strategies and processes, recommending tailored reporting solutions to meet their needs. • Manage and approve user requests for report enhancements, modifications, or new developments, ensuring adherence to reporting standards and protocols. • Develop and validate test conditions, oversee acceptance testing, and ensure successful migration of reports across Workday tenants. • Review and maintain the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of complex calculated fields used in financial reporting. • Stay informed of technological advancements and Workday updates, recommending enhancements and overseeing testing for bi-annual upgrades. • Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards in all reporting and analytics activities. • Troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues impacting data access and reporting. • Maintain a thorough understanding of Workday systems, software lifecycles, and training processes to support ongoing operations and user adoption. • Proven expertise in Workday financial reporting and analytics tools, including Report Writer, Prism, and Discovery Boards. • Strong understanding of financial processes, data structures, and reporting methodologies. • Experience with client-side scripting and API development. • Proficiency in creating Business Requirement Documents and managing configuration processes. • Knowledge of Salesforce development practices. • Ability to ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards in financial reporting. • Excellent problem-solving skills for troubleshooting data access and security issues. • Solid communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
