Full Description

We are looking for a Treasury Analyst I to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting daily treasury operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions. Based in Sandy, Utah, this position offers the opportunity to work remotely while collaborating closely with the Treasury Manager and team. Responsibilities: • Facilitate daily cash transfers across multiple bank accounts in coordination with team members. • Review and update client banking information to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Initiate and oversee debit and credit batches, resolving any related issues promptly. • Address client cases and inquiries related to treasury activities in a timely and thorough manner. • Analyze and prepare financial reports and datasets as needed to support decision-making. • Manage inquiries and requests with banking partners to ensure smooth operations. • Participate in special projects, contributing insights and technical expertise. • Assist in resolving banking activity inquiries and troubleshooting issues. • Apply continuous improvement practices to enhance operational efficiency within the treasury function. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred. • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in accounting, banking, or financial roles. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. • Strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively. • Familiarity with operational excellence and continuous improvement methodologies. • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team environment and take direction.
