Technical Delivery Lead – Data Platform (REMOTE – US Only) Remote – Must reside in the US | No sponsorship available Base: $120K – $150K + Bonus Full-time Industry: Manufacturing/Supply Chain Tech About the Role We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Delivery Lead with a strong engineering foundation and a track record of leading the delivery of data platforms and backend integrations in Azure environments. You’ll own delivery from strategy to sprint planning, deeply understand the business, and be the go-to person for driving technical execution. This is not a people management role, but requires technical leadership—mentoring developers, guiding architectural decisions, and keeping delivery on track. You'll interface closely with business stakeholders and vendors, and bring a "builder" mindset to help scale our enterprise systems. What You’ll Do • Lead delivery of new capabilities, enhancements, and support across enterprise data systems. • Run sprint planning, backlog grooming, and guide tickets with a product/engineering eye. • Serve as the primary technical thought partner—identifying issues, proposing solutions, and planning forward-looking architecture. • Work with a mix of contractors, vendors, and a small internal IT team • Manage external vendors and coordinate with our MSP. • Interface directly with business units across ERP, CRM (Customer/Supplier), and other integration-heavy platforms. • Help establish a scalable roadmap for the data platform and backend systems. Must-Haves: • Strong engineering background – you’ve written production code and can guide engineers (you won’t be coding daily, but must speak the language). • Expertise in Azure Data Services (Fabric, Data Factory, Data Lake, SQL DB, etc.) • Experience with integration work – backend systems, application-level architecture, and enterprise platforms. • Solid grasp of data foundations – MDM, pipelines, orchestration, structured/semi-structured data. • You’ve led delivery for enterprise projects and can operate autonomously—driving vision, execution, and stakeholder alignment. Preferred: • Background in manufacturing or supply chain domains. • MDM platforms (Reltio, Informatica) and familiarity with metadata management. • Bonus: Experience with AI/ML delivery in enterprise settings. 🔧 Tech Stack Highlights • Azure (Data Factory, MS Fabric, Data Lake, SQL DB, Key Vault, Logic Apps, Cosmos DB) • MDM Tools (Reltio, Informatica, etc.) • Integration tools (ETL/ELT pipelines) • Agile / Scrum / DevOps processes
