The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will be a lead developer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills. Responsibilities • Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code • Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements • Coordinate cross-functionally to insure project meets business objectives and compliance standards • Support test and deployment of new products and features • Participate in code reviews This role is open due to growth and expansion. They will be reporting to the Director of Engineering. Day to day this candidate will be involved with integrating systems, particularly focusing on backend development and linking various vendors. The split is about 70% backend and 30% frontend. A key objective is to connect the Business Development team and facilitate the creation of an ecommerce dashboard-style product. The development tech stack is flexible as long as they have extensive knowledge with C#, SQL, and react. AWS is what their team is using right now so they must be well versed in that. The newest addition will need to have at least some exposure to AI. They must understand how Retrieval augmented generation works as this person will be the leading individual when it comes to anything AI related.
