We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in New Orleans, Louisiana. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering key financial insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and forecasting. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data effectively.Responsibilities:• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support business objectives and performance evaluation.• Develop and maintain detailed financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability.• Perform variance analysis to identify trends and deviations from financial plans.• Provide ad hoc financial insights and reports to address specific business queries.• Utilize data mining techniques to extract and analyze large datasets for actionable insights.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting processes.• Deliver accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders.• Assist in refining and enhancing financial processes and methodologies.• Present financial findings and recommendations to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
