We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to executives and department leaders. This is a position based in Shoreline, Washington, offering an opportunity to contribute to critical organizational operations and projects. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks with precision, ensuring seamless coordination and effective communication.Responsibilities:• Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements efficiently.• Prepare and refine presentations, reports, and correspondence to ensure accuracy and clarity.• Maintain structured filing systems and update databases regularly, generating reports as required.• Respond promptly to inquiries from internal teams and external stakeholders, providing accurate information and referrals.• Track budgets and reconcile expenses while maintaining financial documentation.• Coordinate department activities, meetings, and special projects, ensuring all deadlines are met.• Monitor office supply levels, process orders, and oversee vendor relationships.• Support onboarding processes and assist with coordinating staff or volunteers.• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and adherence to organizational policies.
