Location: Kendall, FL Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Pay: $18 per hour + Benefits Employment Type: Full-Time About the Company An established and reputable organization in the aviation industry is seeking a dependable Shipping Coordinator to join its team in the Kendall area. Position Summary The Shipping Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient handling of inbound and outbound shipments. This role requires strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced aviation environment. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate and process incoming and outgoing shipments, including packing, labeling, and documentation. • Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and tracking information. • Work closely with carriers, couriers, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery. • Maintain accurate inventory records and support warehouse organization. • Track shipments and communicate updates to internal departments and customers. • Ensure compliance with company procedures, aviation regulations, and safety standards. Qualifications • Prior experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse coordination preferred; aviation industry experience is a plus. • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail. • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Basic computer skills; familiarity with shipping software is helpful. • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
