We are looking for an experienced Senior General Manager to oversee operations within the commercial real estate or luxury residential property management sector in Seattle, Washington. This role demands exceptional leadership skills to manage large, complex portfolios while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering high-quality service. The ideal candidate will have a solid financial background and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.Responsibilities:• Oversee the management and operations of extensive real estate portfolios, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction.• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure alignment with organizational goals.• Manage lease agreements and structures, ensuring compliance and maximizing revenue opportunities.• Lead commissioning and construction oversight for new building projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to standards.• Collaborate with senior executives and stakeholders to address strategic and operational priorities.• Provide strong leadership and guidance to large, matrixed teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.• Maintain effective communication and relationships with high-profile clients and stakeholders.• Ensure operations align with Class A standards, delivering top-tier service and attention to detail.• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.• Handle complex financial responsibilities, including managing portfolios valued at $1B or more.The salary range for this position is $170,000 to $195,000.Benefits:M/D/V401k with match2 weeks PTO6 paid holidays
