This firm delivers a comprehensive range of services, including investment advisory, retirement planning, lending strategies, and customized family office support. The team fosters a collaborative and forward-thinking culture, grounded in long-term client relationships. They value professional excellence, continuous learning, and leveraging technology to enhance the client experience.They are seeking a Senior Client Service Associate to join their collaborative team in San Francisco on a hybrid basis. Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for all service-related client needs, ensuring timely and precise execution across a range of requestsCollaborate with senior leadership to implement client-specific strategies and contribute to firm-wide initiativesBuild deep relationships by understanding client preferences, anticipating needs, and exceeding expectationsGuide and support junior team members, including Client Service Associates and Analysts, on shared accountsWork closely with clients and their external advisors (tax, legal, estate) to implement complex wealth planning strategies, including philanthropic and tax-advantaged initiativesFoster strong relationships with clients’ extended professional teams, such as personal CFOs, executive assistants, and family office staffServe as a mentor and subject matter resource for new team membersPartner with internal investment professionals to assist in cash deployment and portfolio implementationProvide cross-functional support on internal projects and firm priorities as needed
