Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Supply Chain Manager to lead our supply chain operations with a strong focus on optimization, process improvement, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in SAP supply chain modules, a track record of driving efficiencies, and experience implementing automation solutions to enhance end-to-end supply chain performance. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and oversee supply chain operations with emphasis on efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. • Manage, configure, and optimize SAP supply chain modules (MM, PP, WM, SD, IBP, or similar). • Drive process improvements across procurement, planning, production, and distribution functions. • Implement automation tools and digital solutions to streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks, and improve data accuracy. • Develop and maintain strategies for inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and reducing excess/obsolete inventory. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, IT, and procurement) to align supply chain processes with business objectives. • Monitor KPIs and analytics to assess supply chain performance and recommend corrective actions. • Lead supply chain transformation initiatives, including system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements. • Provide leadership and mentorship to supply chain analysts and planners. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field (Master’s preferred). • 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 3+ years in an SAP-driven environment. • Strong knowledge of SAP supply chain modules (MM, PP, WM, SD, IBP). • Proven track record in process optimization, inventory control, and supply chain automation. • Analytical mindset with ability to leverage data and reporting tools for decision-making. • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing change initiatives. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Preferred Skills: • Experience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) or other automation platforms. • Experience with javascript, python or similar scripting tool • Familiarity with advanced planning and optimization (APO/IBP). • Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification. • Knowledge of AI/ML applications in supply chain management.
