Robert Half is a highly regarded plaintiff-side law firm seeking a talented Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its growing team. The firm specializes in complex consumer and class action litigation across federal courts, offering the opportunity to work on meaningful, high-impact cases. Responsibilities • Handle all aspects of complex litigation , including legal research, motion drafting, discovery, depositions, and court appearances • Manage a diverse docket of consumer and class action cases in federal courts • Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations • Draft pleadings, briefs, and substantive motions with precision and creativity • Communicate effectively with clients, co-counsel, and experts throughout the litigation process Skills • 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in complex or class action matters • Experience handling federal court cases; judicial clerkship experience is a plus • Excellent writing, analytical, and advocacy skills • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Admission to practice law in California (or eligibility for prompt admission) • Minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in complex litigation or class actions • Active California Bar license • Familiarity with federal court procedures and filings • Strong academic credentials; judicial clerkship experience is a plus • Proficiency in drafting motions, briefs, and other legal documents • Excellent analytical and communication skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously • Commitment to maintaining a work-life balance while delivering high-quality legal services Education Requirements • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school with strong academic achievements Benefits • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package • Medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance • 401(k) plan Company Overview • 🔒 At Robert Half, we prioritize your security—if you believe you've encountered a scam or fraudulent recruiter, please report it immediately to https://www.roberthalf.com/us/en/fraud-alert.
