Responsibilities • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. • Identify and attract top talent for sales, business, and customer service-based roles. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. • Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate candidate records and streamline hiring workflows. • Conduct interviews to assess candidates' experience, skills, and cultural fit. • Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates with relevant experience to meet current and future hiring needs. • Provide guidance and support to hiring teams throughout the recruitment process. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment efforts. • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations during the hiring process. Skills • Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment. • Proven expertise in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing strategies. • Strong knowledge of corporate recruiting practices and tools. • Experience conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HRIS'. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
