We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Morristown, New Jersey. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic office environment. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth front desk operations and providing exceptional service to clients.Responsibilities:• Welcome and sign in clients as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and attentive interaction.• Address client inquiries and provide accurate information about services.• Organize completed tax returns into designated folders for efficient record-keeping.• Assist clients with signing necessary forms for electronic filing, ensuring compliance.• Collect payments from clients and issue appropriate receipts.• Occasionally answer and manage calls using a multi-line phone system.• Navigate the office to provide client assistance when needed.• Maintain a well-organized and clean reception area to uphold a high standard of service.
