If you love turning data into actionable insights and influencing high-impact decisions, this is the opportunity for you!📊 Key Responsibilities📈 Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor procurement KPIs (cost savings, supplier performance, contract compliance).🔎 Analyze spend data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities across suppliers and dealerships.🤝 Collaborate with sourcing teams and managers to support strategic initiatives.💡 Translate data into actionable recommendations for sourcing strategies and supplier negotiations.🧹 Lead data cleansing, enrichment, and classification efforts.🛠️ Implement and manage analytics platforms (Power BI, Qlik).🤖 Utilize AI-driven tools to enhance procurement insights.⚠️ Support supplier segmentation and risk analysis using internal/external data.🔗 Partner with IT and Finance to ensure system integration and data alignment.🧠 Present findings to senior leadership to guide decision-making.📚 Stay current on procurement analytics trends and digital transformation.🎓 QualificationsCapabilities:🗣️ Excellent communication skills, including executive-level presentations.🤝 Strong collaboration skills across global, cross-functional teams.🚀 Initiative and ownership of complex projects.📊 Business acumen and technical rigor.💪 Self-motivated and results-driven.Education & Experience:🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.📅 5–7 years of experience in procurement data analytics.Preferred Skills:📊 Advanced Excel: VLOOKUP/XLLOOKUP, Power Query, pivot tables, complex formulas.🧮 Strong ad hoc analysis and data manipulation skills.For Confidential Consideration e-mail Shad at Shad.Lira@roberthalf.C0M
