The ideal candidate is adept at negotiating, analyzing data, and fostering productive vendor relationships.Responsibilities:• Oversee procurement processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.• Evaluate vendor contracts to identify risks and ensure compliance with company policies.• Negotiate favorable pricing and terms with suppliers to optimize cost savings.• Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to align procurement activities with project timelines and budgets.• Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enhance procurement efficiency.• Implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining quality and service excellence.• Utilize Power BI to analyze procurement data and provide actionable insights.• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure reliable partnerships.• Contribute to a dynamic and solution-oriented work environment.
