We are looking for a skilled and dedicated PC Technician to join our team on a contract basis in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role involves providing technical support and helping the IT team install a new image on computers to standardize configurations and improve system performance.Responsibilities:• Install, configure, and upgrade desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices to meet user needs.• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.• Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, repairs, and installations for future reference.• Assist with imaging and deploying systems using specialized tools and processes.• Conduct routine updates and maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.• Adhere to organizational IT policies and security protocols during all technical operations.• Collaborate with IT teams to support larger infrastructure initiatives and projects.• Provide user support by addressing technical issues and offering effective solutions.• Ensure proper setup and functionality of cables and hardware components.• Work with both Dell and Apple devices to provide comprehensive technical assistance
