Your key responsibilities will include:Utilizing Yardi to manage property information, tenant records, and financial data.Assisting with data entry, report generation, and maintaining accurate databases.Coordinating and scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling communication.Supporting property management teams with lease administration and compliance tracking.Organizing and maintaining files, both digital and physical.Responding to client inquiries and assisting with administrative projects as needed.Providing general office support to ensure smooth business operations.Requirements:To succeed in this role, candidates should have:Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a property management or real estate setting.Proficiency with Yardi software is a must.Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.A customer-service mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
