We are looking for a dedicated Office Assistant to join our team in Miami Beach, Florida. This is a long-term contract position within the non-profit sector, offering an opportunity to support day-to-day operations while contributing to meaningful initiatives. Ideal candidates will bring strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a bilingual (English/Spanish) environment.Responsibilities:• Manage routine clerical tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records.• Handle inbound calls and provide attentive assistance to callers, ensuring their inquiries are addressed accurately.• Support billing functions by processing invoices and maintaining financial records.• Utilize accounting software systems to track and update financial data as required.• Assist with leasing processes, including preparation of documents and communication with prospective tenants.• Coordinate office activities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.• Use computer programs and CRM tools to update databases and manage workflows.• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.• Provide bilingual communication support in English and Spanish for both internal and external interactions.• Maintain a welcoming and organized environment for visitors and clients.
