Full Description

We are looking for a dedicated Medical Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in San Francisco, California. This role involves engaging directly with healthcare providers to ensure accurate communication and information sharing. The position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a growing initiative while building strong and effective relationships. This is a 1 month project Responsibilities: • Make approximately 45 or more outbound calls daily to healthcare providers using assigned call lists. • Follow prepared scripts to introduce services and gather accurate information. • Record all outreach activities and updates in shared tracking systems, including spreadsheets and designated tools. • Attend weekly team meetings to align on goals and receive guidance from leadership. • Participate in initial training sessions to ensure familiarity with processes and tools. • Represent the organization with professionalism while building rapport with office staff. • Collaborate with the outreach team to achieve collective targets and maintain quality standards. • Conduct outreach during designated time zones based on office hours. • Utilize provided tools and resources to streamline communication and reporting processes. • Prior experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical sales, or prescription processing is preferred, though not mandatory. • Proven ability to thrive in cold-calling environments with persistence and professionalism. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Familiarity with Google Suite and Excel/Google Sheets for documentation and tracking. • Capacity to build positive relationships with office staff while representing the brand effectively. • Comfortable working within assigned time zones and office hours. • Strong attention to detail when documenting outreach efforts. • Ability to adapt quickly to training and utilize provided tools effectively.
