Our client, a leading B2B fine art wholesale company serving the interior design, retail, and hospitality industries, is seeking to hire a Marketing Coordinator. This role in an on-site position in La Mirada, CA 5 days/week. NOTE: The workday starts early with this client. Employees can start at either 6:00am or 7:00am (depending on preference). The workday ends at 3:00pm or 4:00pm depending on your start time. Position Overview We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing campaigns, tools, and processes across digital, print, events, and internal systems. This role will work closely with the Marketing Generalist Lead, Product Director, and creative team to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time, while maintaining brand consistency across all channels. The Marketing Coordinator will play a hands-on role in scheduling and publishing social media and e-blast content, monitoring engagement, and sharing performance insights with leadership. This position will also manage campaign calendars, coordinate timelines with internal teams, and oversee marketing collateral production, including catalogs, lookbooks, signage, and sales materials. Additional responsibilities include supporting trade show and event promotions, maintaining organized project tracking in Smartsheet, and ensuring marketing databases and digital assets are updated and accessible. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive in helping improve processes, extend campaign visibility, and strengthen overall marketing results. Key Responsibilities Social Media & Digital Execution • Manage and grow the company's social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) by scheduling and publishing content provided by the team. • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms through aligned messaging, visuals, and campaign timing. • Monitor engagement daily, respond to interactions where appropriate, and track performance metrics to share with leadership. • Collaborate with the Marketing Generalist Lead and design team to refine content for maximum impact. • Support the execution of e-blasts, digital campaigns, and website updates to extend campaign visibility and reinforce messaging. • Maintain social content calendars to ensure a steady pipeline of posts, stories, and campaign updates that keep audiences engaged. HubSpot & Campaign Support • Assist with campaign execution and reporting as directed by leadership Calendars & Project Management • Maintain and update content, campaign, and event calendars • Coordinate with internal teams to keep timelines aligned and visible • Support monitoring of project timelines and resource usage in coordination with leadership Event & Tradeshow Support • Support promotional campaigns for trade shows, customer events, and showroom launches • Coordinate with internal teams on collateral, schedules, and follow-up communications • Oversee signage orders for tradeshows, showrooms, and promotional events • Manage vendor coordination and production timelines Cross-Functional Coordination • Serve as a liaison between Marketing, Data Merchandising, and Web Development to align processes for metadata tagging, digital uploads, and web updates. Smartsheet Oversight • Serve as point of contact for internal marketing requests and maintain organized project timelines. Social Media & Digital Execution • Schedule and publish social media and e-blast content provided by the team • Track performance and engagement to share with leadership Marketing Collateral & Materials • Manage and coordinate production timelines for catalogs, lookbooks, signage, and printed sales materials • Support creative and copy review to ensure campaigns are accurate and on time Database & Inventory Management • Maintain and update marketing databases, asset libraries, and digital files. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred) • 1–3 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B, design, or creative industries • Familiarity with HubSpot (campaigns, workflows, reporting, landing pages, UTMs) • Proficiency in Smartsheet (building and maintaining templates/dashboards) • Strong organizational and project management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Experience with social media scheduling and campaign tracking tools Compensation & Benefits • $28-30/hour • Comprehensive benefits package including [health/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, etc.] Why Join? • Work closely with the Marketing Generalist Lead and Product Director for guidance and growth • Creative, entrepreneurial team environment • Exposure to a wide range of marketing channels and tools • Opportunities for professional development within a nationally recognized art brand
