Full Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Contract Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of recurring marketing campaigns and day-to-day marketing operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in marketing fundamentals, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting repeatable marketing promotions, coordinating website and digital ad updates, maintaining marketing collateral, and assisting with campaign tracking and reporting. This person will support the execution of ongoing marketing promotions, including webinars, courses, and training programs, along with website updates, digital ad coordination, collateral updates, and campaign performance reporting. Key Responsibilities • Execute recurring marketing campaigns using established templates, tools, and processes • Coordinate website homepage updates and digital ad placements • Maintain and update marketing collateral such as flyers, pricing sheets, and other campaign assets • Organize campaign data and support reporting and analytics efforts • Track campaign performance and assist with marketing reporting • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, creative, digital, education, and membership stakeholders • Manage multiple workstreams while ensuring deadlines and project goals are met. Qualifications • 1–3 years of marketing experience; strong entry-level candidates with relevant internships will also be considered • Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, especially campaign execution • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Ability to work independently, take direction, and execute with minimal oversight • Experience working within established templates, workflows, and processes • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills • Demonstrated drive, initiative, and leadership potential through academics, athletics, committees, or other experiences Technical Skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office • Comfortable using AI tools; prior experience is not required, but openness to learning is essential • Familiarity with work management platforms such as Wrike is a plus • Ability to review and comment on PDFs using Adobe tools Ideal Candidate • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset • Strong attention to detail and follow-through • Comfortable balancing structure with independent execution • Brings energy, determination, and a collaborative approach to team environments Our specialized recruiting professionals apply their expertise and utilize our proprietary AI to find you great job matches faster.” to your posting.
