Location: Remote (EST working hours with flexibility for global collaboration) Duration: 4 months (ASAP through December 2025) Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday They're seeking a hands-on marketing professional to join their team as a Contract Marketing Manager supporting downstream marketing and product launch initiatives for their business units. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, highly regulated environments and can seamlessly move between strategy and execution. You’ll play a key role in executing high-visibility product launches, ensuring alignment with brand standards, messaging consistency, and marketing strategy. Key Responsibilities • Execute product launches and refreshes, including content creation, collateral development, digital marketing, and sales enablement. • Ensure messaging consistency across campaigns, presentations, and customer-facing materials. • Manage marketing deliverables such as brochures, website updates, social media assets, and event/tradeshow materials. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (regulatory, product management, global regions, sales enablement), internal marketing teams, and external agencies. • Use marketing analytics tools to track campaign performance and provide actionable insights. What We’re Looking For • 5+ years of experience in downstream marketing, product marketing, or marketing communications. • Proven success in B2B product launches within healthcare, diagnostics, or medical devices. • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and tight timelines. • Excellent communication and writing skills; able to translate technical content into compelling messaging. • Highly organized, proactive, and self-directed. • Experience in regulated industries is a strong plus.
