Full Description

We're partnering with a large enterprise organization seeking an experienced M365 Engineer to join a collaborative engineering team responsible for the administration, optimization, security, governance, and evolution of the Microsoft 365 platform. This role will play a key part in supporting enterprise-wide initiatives, driving automation, and enhancing productivity and collaboration across a large user base. Responsibilities • Administer, support, and enhance Microsoft 365 technologies including Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Purview, Viva, and Power Platform • Develop and implement solutions that improve platform performance, governance, security, and user experience • Design and build automation to streamline administration and operational processes • Partner with infrastructure, security, compliance, and business teams on strategic initiatives • Support platform modernization, migrations, and continuous improvement efforts • Assist in establishing and maintaining governance, compliance, and information management practices • Provide technical guidance and support for enterprise collaboration services Qualifications • Strong hands-on experience administering and engineering Microsoft 365 environments • Experience supporting enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 deployments • Deep expertise with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams • Advanced PowerShell skills, including designing, developing, and maintaining scripts and automation solutions from scratch • Experience leveraging Microsoft Graph API to build and support enterprise automation and administration solutions • Experience with Microsoft Purview and related governance, compliance, retention, and information protection initiatives • Experience administering or supporting the Microsoft Power Platform • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Experience • Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments • Experience within financial services or other highly regulated industries • Exposure to Power BI, Slack, Confluence, or Miro • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 migrations, modernization efforts, or transformation initiatives This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys solving complex challenges, building scalable automation, and helping shape the future of a large Microsoft 365 environment.
