Job Title: IT Project Manager/ Business Analyst (Fully Remote) Work Location: Fully Remote (Organization is based in New Haven, CT) Hours: 40 Hours weekly, Monday- Friday Hire Type: 3 Months (Contract to Permanent Hire) Detailed Job Description Is Available For Interested Applicants • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field. • Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management and business analysis, including managing complex projects. • Strong ability to handle multiple high-priority projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure. • PMP Certification is highly desirable. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on professionalism and customer service. • Demonstrated leadership abilities and a creative approach to problem-solving. • Solid understanding of business processes and operations, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
