We are looking for an experienced Inventory Analyst to join our team in Skokie, Illinois. This role is essential in ensuring the seamless management of warehouse operations, inventory control, and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing processes, maintaining accurate stock levels, and fostering a safe and efficient work environment.Responsibilities:• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping activities, to ensure efficiency and quality.• Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate stock records to prevent shortages or overstocking.• Lead and train warehouse staff, building a positive and safety-driven workplace culture.• Collaborate with suppliers, transportation partners, and internal teams to facilitate timely and accurate order fulfillment.• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards for the safe storage and handling of medical supplies.• Implement and enforce safety protocols while maintaining warehouse equipment and infrastructure.• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.• Generate comprehensive reports on inventory performance, order accuracy, and warehouse operations to support compliance and decision-making.Salary 65-75KBenefitsMedical/Dental/Vision401K
