Our client is undertaking strategic technology initiatives and a comprehensive IT needs assessment. While the assessment is in progress, the previous IT Manager's position will remain unfilled. To support the current IT team and maintain operational bandwidth, the client is seeking temporary high-level IT support. This person will act as a technical lead for major issues and projects, supporting the existing team and setting a strong example in both customer service and team collaboration. Key Responsibilities • Supporting approx. 130 End Users • Provide high-level IT support across existing systems, including cybersecurity, infrastructure, and network operations. • Assist with major projects and strategic initiatives currently underway. • Serve as a temporary technical lead to supplement the bandwidth of the current tech lead (Tim). • Model strong customer service and supportive leadership, helping uplift and guide the existing team. Collaborate closely with: • 1 Tech Lead • 1 Help Desk Technician • Tier 1 & Tier 2 Technicians • 1 Senior Systems Administrator Ideal Candidate Profile • Senior‑level Systems Engineer • High level IT support understanding – ability to jump in as a tier 3 if needed • Capable of handling complex, high‑level issues. • Positive, supportive leadership style; team player; motivating presence. • Strong customer service orientation. • Comfortable jumping into ongoing initiatives and helping drive progress. • Familiar with Office 365 and Teams (already in place).
