Responsibilities: • Manage data entry tasks within HR systems to maintain up-to-date employee records. • Assist in the administration of HR processes, including benefits enrollment and employee communications. • Utilize HRIS platforms to track and manage employee information and generate reports. • Ensure compliance with HR regulations and standards by monitoring policies and procedures. • Provide support for employee inquiries related to HR status and system. • Coordinate with various departments to streamline HR operations and resolve any issues efficiently.
