Robert Half is looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist with strong AV and hardware troubleshooting expertise to support a client growing software company based in Bellevue, Washington. This role provides critical support to both on-site and remote users, ensuring seamless technology operations across a blended Windows and Mac environment. Duration: Short-term contract, with potential to extend or conversion Location: 100% onsite in Downtown Bellevue, Washington Schedule: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)Key Responsibilities:· Provide Tier 2 support for 100 on-site users and up to 250 remote users, including walk-up/desktop, email, and phone support.· Act as the escalation point for Tier 1 tickets submitted through Jira, troubleshooting hardware, software, and configuration issues.· Support AV setup and troubleshooting for Teams, Zoom, NEAT hardware, and conference room technologies, dedicating at least 50% of the role to AV support.· Assist with the opening of an Executive business center with a video wall, training users on technology usage.· Collaborate on projects involving Zoom and Workday licensing support.· Provide ongoing field support for AV equipment and other IT systems, assisting the main engineer as needed.
