We are looking for a detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team on a contract basis in Kenmore, Washington. This role requires someone with strong experience in managing financial records, overseeing accounts, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Ideal candidates will possess excellent organizational skills and a thorough understanding of bookkeeping principles.Responsibilities:• Manage all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries.• Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.• Handle B& O tax filings and ensure compliance with state regulations.• Utilize QuickBooks to track and manage financial transactions effectively.• Generate financial reports to support decision-making and business planning.• Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve accounting processes.• Leverage Microsoft Excel to analyze financial data and create reports.• Maintain organized documentation and records for audits and internal reviews.
