We are looking for an organized and welcoming Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Ewing, New Jersey. This is a Contract position within the non-profit sector, offering an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while ensuring seamless front desk operations. The ideal candidate will excel in handling multi-line phone systems, managing visitors, and providing support to volunteers.Responsibilities:• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a friendly and detail-oriented experience.• Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate departments.• Coordinate and support volunteer activities, assisting with scheduling and communication.• Maintain accurate records of visitor information and ensure security protocols are followed.• Direct visitors to the appropriate staff or departments based on their needs.• Assist with administrative tasks, such as document preparation and data entry.• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk.• Monitor and order office supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.• Provide updates and reports on front desk activities to management when required.• Handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
