We are looking for an organized and welcoming Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Ewing, New Jersey. This is a Contract position within the non-profit sector, offering an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while ensuring seamless front desk operations. The ideal candidate will excel in handling multi-line phone systems, managing visitors, and providing support to volunteers. Responsibilities: • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a friendly and detail-oriented experience. • Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate departments. • Coordinate and support volunteer activities, assisting with scheduling and communication. • Maintain accurate records of visitor information and ensure security protocols are followed. • Direct visitors to the appropriate staff or departments based on their needs. • Assist with administrative tasks, such as document preparation and data entry. • Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk. • Monitor and order office supplies to maintain adequate stock levels. • Provide updates and reports on front desk activities to management when required. • Handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high levels of satisfaction. • Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles. • Strong ability to manage and operate multi-line phone systems. • Excellent interpersonal skills and a welcoming demeanor. • Organizational skills to manage volunteer schedules and activities effectively. • Proficiency in basic administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping. • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy environment. • Familiarity with security protocols and visitor management procedures. • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
